when MACD "macd signal" cross "Signal" grow up, choose "RISE"( if reversal candle, stop bot)
when MACD "macd signal" cross "Signal" direction down, choose "FALL"( if reversal candle, stop bot)

for the cross over/under you can do like this. the reversal candle is too vague. There is no candle pattern called reversal candle, but you can find Bullish or bearish Engulfing patterns with some chance of reversal

i use sma 2( red line) and sma 6( blue line)
RISE: when sma 2<sma 6 in candle 1 and sma 2> sma 6 in candle 2
FALL: when sma 2> sma6 in candle 1 and sma 2< sma 6 in candle 2.
