When I'm trying to install binaryjs (via npm install binaryjs or by cloning and using npm install -g) i get following error:
npm install binaryjs
npm install -g
777 error firstname.lastname@example.org install: `node install.js`
777 error `sh "-c" "node install.js"` failed with 127
778 error Failed at the email@example.com install script.
778 error This is most likely a problem with the streamws package,
778 error not with npm itself.
778 error Tell the author that this fails on your system:
778 error node install.js
778 error You can get their info via:
778 error npm owner ls streamws
778 error There is likely additional logging output above.
779 error System Linux 3.11.0-15-generic
780 error command "/usr/bin/nodejs" "/usr/bin/npm" "install" "binaryjs"
781 error cwd [path]/server
782 error node -v v0.10.15
783 error npm -v 1.2.18
784 error code ELIFECYCLE
785 verbose exit [ 1, true ]
The problem is, your package "streamws" uses the old (and under linux no longer supported) node command instead of nodejs-command, could you please provide a bug fix update? I would really like to use BinaryJS for one of my projects.
