phantomjs memory leak #439

It is pretty obvious that every web browser will have memory leak in long run. I found that my phantomjs in current project grows on 300mb per day. I think we need way to control and respawn it when for example phantomjs is more than 600mb.

So i fixed this with docker memory limitation:
docker run --name phantomjs --restart always -m 128MB -d binux/pyspider:latest phantomjs

But sometimes phantomjs will some how be blocked instead of killed when memory usage near but not reach the limit.
