BIOS CLI 0.1.0-rc.5
Pre-releaseNative BIOS CLI packages for Linux x64, Linux ARM64, and macOS Apple silicon.
Source commit: bio-xyz/bios-monorepo@4b13f17
These packages talk to the production BIOS deployment by default. Set BIOS_BACKEND=production or BIOS_BACKEND=staging to select another deployment.
Changes
- Review new quotes and reopen
/quotesinline above the normal chat composer. Started, superseded, and rejected quotes no longer clutter the selection list. - Select eligible quotes, review the selected count and total, then explicitly choose Approve selected and start. Selection alone never starts compute, and approval stays bound to the selected quote versions.
- Choose Chat about this to prefill an editable message in the normal composer with the quote's configuration, price, and warnings. Nothing is sent automatically.
- Open the selected run in the BIOS UI from the CLI run overview or run details with Open in BIOS UI or
o. Links select the exact conversation, run, and draft on the configured deployment. Older backend responses without the required identifiers omit the link. - Keep detailed configuration editing available through
/drafts.
Packages and verification
These are the unchanged packages from the canonical monorepo release bios-cli-v0.1.0-rc.5. All three native test/package jobs completed successfully, and the mirrored packages were verified against their complete inventories and checksums. GitHub build attestations are not supplied for this prerelease. Verify each archive with its matching .sha256 sidecar or SHA256SUMS.
The macOS package is not signed or notarized. It is a prerelease evaluation build and may be blocked by macOS Gatekeeper. BIOS does not recommend bypassing Gatekeeper; use a source build until signed packages are available. Intel Macs and Windows are not published. Linux archives require GNU/glibc; they are not Alpine/musl packages.
Install this release explicitly:
curl -fsSL https://ai.bio.xyz/install | BIOS_VERSION=0.1.0-rc.5 shKeep the complete bundle together; do not copy only bin/bios. The website installer preserves the companion binaries, engine, and assets, and keeps configuration and session state separate from installed versions.
