Added very basic checkCanonicalTranslationStartSite in df86e48. Need to implement ORF finder for more advanced stuff.

I did translation stop validation myself for the moment. I am not yet sure if I should light up non-canonical stop codon (this is what I am doing at the moment) or highlight longest orf. So please don't implement canonical stop codon check yet.

I am checking canonical start codon myself as well as it was the easiest route for me for now. I will make a switch to Bionode's method though.

I guess you should be using the word 'CDS' or 'coding_sequence' in method param, documentation, and tests.
