Remove or rewrite "no PCI compliance" text #246

While PCI compliance may not be strictly required by Bitcoin, it is still just as good an idea as with credit cards. Even though someone gaining read access to your payment system can't commit credit card fraud, protecting other personal information can be pretty important too. And if a Bitcoin payment system is not secured properly, an attacker can still intercept payments or worse.

Perhaps the emphasis could be changed to creating an environment where security standards can be competitive with each other.
