Add link to windows zip portable version for 0.9.0 #354

There was previously a link to the zipped portable version which I find preferable.

Thanks for reporting. I should add it back later today. Meanwhile, you can still the zip file it in the download directory: https://bitcoin.org/bin/0.9.0/

Coolness. Some people get scared when they see .exe's...flashbacks to Windows XP.

In truth its nice to have portables if you run nodes for many coins. :-) Thanks.
