Start and end dates for events

I noticed that for multi-day events, these just disappear after they have started. I think they should stay on the page until they end.

I suggest:

• Add optional start and end dates into the .md files.
• If start date is specified, use that for displaying it on the web page instead of parsing it from the filename.
• If end date is specified, keep that entry on the page until this date has passed. Maybe also display the end date in the event details bubble on the map.

@schildbach Or we could just continue displaying conferences three days after their start date, so we don't need to manage more fields, and people might be interested to see recently ended events anyway.

I would even say 2 days are enough.

@schildbach I used 5 days instead of 3. I guess two weeks long events would be unusual, so this should cover the majority of all events listed.

@schildbach Ah I didn't see your updated comment stating 2 days, I just choosed a safe value :) Do you think it's worth another update? Listing past events for a few days seemed harmless to me unless they accumulate. Bitcoin.org is not necessarily built every days, so regardless of what we put here, it is also possible that older events remain listed a little longer than expected in some cases.
