this is an error message i get when clicking on a payment link , it opens my local wallet then i get that error and cannot complete purcahse |

@conrada I'm sorry to hear that. This issue tracker is for problems with the website, so I'm going to close this issue. The two places I think are best to get help are the BitcoinTalk Tech Support sub-forum and, for live help, the #bitcoin IRC channel. @saivann we distribute the Bitcoin Core binaries, but I don't see any direct pointers to help on the site, which is probably why @conrada clicked the Report An Issue link on the devguide. Should I write up a sentence or two to add to the download page translation template? |

@harding I thought the "Community" page in the menu was appropriate for this already. Maybe we can revisit this if the issue happens again in the future? |

when opening wallet from a payment link
the issuer certificate of a locally looked up certificate could not be found.
the root CA certificate is not trusted for this purpose.
what is this and how to fix?
