Web wallets were previously hidden behind a red warning. In the new layout, they are sandboxed under web wallets and displayed at the end of the list.

Coinbase also provides a mobile app. However, web wallets controling users' funds have been often linked with risk for the user and such services are opaque by design. Listed Desktop / Mobile apps all provide control to the user over their bitcoins and bitcoin.org generally promotes zero-trust wallets.
