Horizontal scrollbars requires for resolutions under 1090 wide? #520

I think a lot of people have 1024x768 still, and 1090 is so close it shouldn't be hard to get rid of the scrollbar for them. Perhaps more concerning is the assumption that everyone has a fullscreen browser; if VGA 640x480 is asking too much (although probably common on phone!), maybe at least looking nice at 800x600?

@luke-jr I'm not sure I understand the issue, the website is the same at 1024x768 and doesn't need an horizontal scrollbar. And 800x600 (which is 0,25 % of all visitors) gets the mobile layout.

@luke-jr can you provide a screenshot and the browser version you're using? I'm not observing any horizontal scrollbars here.
