Not sure it makes sense to put private events on the website...? Also, the linked page publishes the form data publicly without disclosing it will do so...

It's more "invitation only" -- like the San Fran Coinsummit only smaller. We were on the fence on listing it and it hasn't been advertised. Benefits of listing would be that it helps people avoid scheduling a conflicting event and also enables people to request an invite, same way CoinSummit did.

FWIW, thus far all submitted events are published (unless it has nothing to do with Bitcoin but that didn't happen yet). These links don't accumulate like other links, so this doesn't really cause any issue IMO. However this event doesn't have an address, this is necessary for updating the map.

I've added the country and city. I think it's worth keeping. We will be near capacity this time but would like people to have the opportunity to ask for an invite, especially if thee are cancelations -- also worthwhile for planning for next year and we do have possibility of adding new capacity this year if there is strong interest. The only harm I can think of is that some people who may want to attend may not be able to due to capacity (which is why it's invite only) -- this is true of a handful of other events, just a little more enforced with this one due to hard cap size restrictions.

@BruceFenton Thanks, but isn't it possible to provide the address? You can comment here later if you don't have it right away if you wish. The point on the map won't display at the right location otherwise.
