A quick note about Electrum wallet : its description just changed as it contained an inaccuracy. So you might want to look at the last one to make sure you translate the appropriate text.

I invite you to push all remaining translations you've done on your branch so that I can convert them to transifex. You can also signup on transifex and ask to be a part of the Portuguese language. That would be very appreciated. Thanks!
