Add BrowserStack to the Contributors section #1089

It's a bit much to put BrowserStack alongside Bitcoin Foundation in the sponsorship section like that. It makes it seem like they've donated thousands of dollars for site hosting whereas they actually just provide their not-that-expensive service for free to open-source projects. GitHub and Travis CI do that too without such a string attached. How about instead we add a "Technology" section along the lines of "This site is built using .... It uses GitHub for version control, Travis CI for continuous integration, BrowserStack for browser testing.... The live site is hosted on ...." ? |

I was thinking along similar lines to @carnesen; it does seem unfair to the Bitcoin Foundation to equate their level of support to what BrowserStack is offering. I like the idea of a Technology section or maybe a Service Contributors section or something. |

I agree w/ @carnesen. They're not happy with just badge/project links in PRs on github like travis/etc?

Ah, thank you for suggesting this! I had the same feeling, but was just too tired to find any real solution yesterday. I've added a "Service contributors" subsection with the few service providers that offer us free ads-free services (screenshot below). I think we could also potentially put service providers who would be offering us any reasonable rebates for being listed on this list. |

Travis is failing ("ID sponsorship already defined"), but otherwise looks good to me. |

@saivann nice job, LGTM. |

@mateuszrybin suggested we could use BrowserStack for testing the site on several devices and suggested they were offering the service free of charge to open-source projects.
After a quick email with them, they are indeed happy about providing the service in exchange for a backlink in our "About us" page. This pull request is submitting that link for review (see screenshot below).
I personally think this is a very useful tool to have, and what we're asked to provide in exchange seems very reasonable to me.
