OP_RETURN size is 80 today

@igorbarinov thanks; we have PR #1129 open to fix this, and I've sent the author of that pull an separate PR alexkuck#1 to resolve some of the issues raised in that discussion. I'm going to close this issue as a duplicate, but thank you again for letting us know!
