This PR removes "howtobuybitcoins.info" from our Resources page. The exchange rates are broken and very out of date on their site:

@crwatkins Thanks. Once tests pass I'm going to merge this so that users don't end up somewhere that might give them incorrect information with regard to bitcoin prices at various exchanges.
