Preview:

vouchers

This PR arises out of a previous discussion in PR #1319. This PR:

  • Adds a subsection to the Resources page called Vouchers
  • Adds Gyft, Fold and Opendime to this subsection
  • Merges the Useful places subsection into the Learning resources subsection

Unless others object, this will be merged on Wednesday, January 4th.
