The description of your pull requests does not fit his content. You might have done a mistake. This pull requests contains "Remove Mike from the Press list". Perhaps you should open a simple issue with that description in it. That said, for the alerts, developers already publish alerts at the root of the website. Though there is no list of these on the website right now. And we can't use a subdomain, but maybe we could use bitcoin.org/alerts . However, I'm not sure if that is worth, since it duplicates this : https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Incidents#Value_overflow |

Those alerts are too confusing to the public and there is no RSS feed. You said Mike Hearn wants to have descriptions available to the media. Mike Heard posted a message to BCT and he sent texts to individual people. Jeff Garzik wrote an article on his personal blog. This information needs to be compiled in one place and available to the media as Mike Hearn Said. The description was a mistake and I guess it is in some field that I did not see. |

@millybitcoin : Just open a simple issue with no pull request with the exact same description if you wish. It's just the pull requests that does not fit your description. |

Add a section that has "Developers' Alerts" that has an RSS feed available. This would provide alerts and information about incidents such as the recent data appends and hard fork. A Wordpress installation in a subfolder or subdomain (alerts.bitcoin.org).
