This PR fixes a problem when platform URLs have duplicated name.

https://bitcoin.org/en/wallets/web/web/ -> https://bitcoin.org/en/wallets/web/
https://bitcoin.org/en/wallets/hardware/hardware/ -> https://bitcoin.org/en/wallets/hardware/
