Add Felix Moreno de la Cova.

Interviews were chosen to display his language abilities in both Spanish and English and are with a major Spanish outlet, Russia Times in Spanish and a corporate podcast in English.

There are many other potential interviews to choose from including major Spanish radio stations, major Spanish newspapers, podcasts or other Russia Times. However, the three interviews chosen appear to be his best performance and give a good demonstration of his multiple language abilities.

LGTM. Felix is involved since a long time, for what I've seen he's done nice interviewees and he can add economic expertise to the interviewees list. Is he still OK with being listed on bitcoin.org?

Yes, I think Felix de la Cova should still be added to the list and helps broaden the list with a Spanish speaker.
