Add coldlar wallet

Add a hardware Wallet.
Coldlar is a blockchain assets security solutions that can guarantee the digital assets based on digital signature (like Bitcoin). The private key will never contact with the Internet, therefore, it was completely eliminate the risk of stealing by hackers. Coldlar consists of two parts, the hardware cold wallet and the hot app, the cold wallet does not touch the Internet but the hot app are not, they transfer information through QR-code image.

We require that wallets have been publicly released for at least 3 months. It appears that your iOS app is not yet in the Apple app store yet. Please let us know here when the hardware and software is officially released. I also noticed that there is no code in your github repository. Also be sure to review the requirements listed for coldlar.com web site.
