As it seems that OS level encryption is an available feature in most today's smartphones, I think it's better to mention it explicitely and drop special text "keep small amounts on mobiles". This text was used mainly because mobile encryption wasn't built in wallet apps themselves. Current texts about backup, encryption and offline wallets already cover it all without thinking too much for the user IMO.

NACK, even if your wallet is encrypted, you still lose it if someone steals your mobile...

Mmh, that's why the page put emphasis on having a backup, regardless of what kind of wallet people are using. It seems more relevant to me to provide a solution and let people be in charge of the money they use, and not take responsability for the user behavior.

Though perhaps the "Backup your wallet" text could explicitely mention mobile theft, how about : "Stored in a safe place, a backup of your wallet can protect you against computer failures and many human mistakes. It can also allow you to recover your wallet after your mobile or computer was stolen as long as you keep it encrypted." ?
