Added a bitcoin meetup. As it's on very short notice, consider it an attempt to try out how submitting events works. The address should really be coordinates!?!?

@Giszmo Your commit looks good, however I'd prefer we find a way to embed the whole 390+ meetups map from meetup instead of adding / removing each individual event one by one. bitcoin#326
