Add "Electrum server list" as a "Decentralization" score for Electrum and GreenAddress #502

I would perhaps cut the "very" from little trust. The Electrum server list is better than nothing, but it cannot match the low trust model of the P2P network. |

Current Electrum "Decentralization" score isn't fully accurate and it seems like Greenaddress is also using the Electrum model (#497). This pull request adds a more accurate text applied both to Electrum and GreenAddress mobile apps.
