Russian translation of the original PDF paper added

@arvicco Nice work as always! I may have found two small disrepancies (if that's the case, can you also update the .odt document on https://github.com/saivann/bitcoinwhitepaper ?)

"small casual transactions" seem to be translated as "micropayments", which is often construed as sending fractions of a penny, but different people seem to have conflicting definitions for "micropayments", so perhaps using something less explicit would make it closer to the English text (assuming Google translate didn't mislead me on this one).

"Как только такой хэш найден, этот блок отправляется в сеть."

This one seems to say "Nodes receive the block only if all transactions in it are valid and not already spent."

The English text says "Nodes accept the block only if all transactions in it are valid and not already spent."

@saivann I'd like to discuss your second comment regarding this translation:

English version says: "Nodes accept the block only if all transactions in it are valid and not already spent."

I think the confusion here stems from the fact that Russian принимать could be translated both as "accept" and "receive". It has however active aspect that is lost in translation. If you want to say "Nodes receive...", you would use "Узлы получают..." here in Russian.

I tried to find a better term, and another option is to use "Узлы подтверждают...". Unfortunately, this may also mean "The nodes confirm the transaction", which is very confusing as it seems to imply the nodes somehow bestowing confirmations on a transaction (which is the role of miners) just by virtue of accepting it.

After much deliberation, I stand by initial translation as the one closest to the original meaning.

@arvicco I have generated a diff to find diff changes and noticed "только такой хэш найден" was added in the text under "12. Conclusion". I'm not sure if this is accidental since this text has a inconsistent font size with the rest of the text. If that's the case, can you fix this little style bug?

@saivann Not sure what happened, but it seems that Russian translation of original Satoshi paper was removed and replaced by English one. And the links from Russian localization pointing to an English version. I want to understand the reasons. Was there some discussion about this? I can't find anything in Issues, so I'd appreciate pointing to a relevant discussion.

@harding Thanks! I was just wondering why Russian localization points to English version of the paper everywhere, rather than Russian one... In other words, may I change these references to the accepted Russian translation of the pdf, or it will contradict some policy?

The way I'd like it to work (which we can discuss if you think it's sub-optimal) is for all references to the whitepaper in bitcoin.org/ru/ to point to the Russian localized version of bitcoin.org/en/bitcoin-paper (which I don't think exists yet). That way readers can select to read either your Russian version or (if their English is good enough) Nakamoto's original version.

Note that we did the same thing on the English version of the site so that anyone clicking a regular link to the paper can choose to read either the original or one of the translated versions. (More importantly, I think, it makes everyone aware that there are translated versions; previously I think people on the English site assumed we only had the English original, and I was concerned that there was duplication of effort as multiple people kept translating it into the some other languages.)

The link will automatically point to /ru/<bitcoin paper translated into Russian> when it becomes available or /en/bitcoin-paper if the Russian localized version is not available.
