There is a separate Russian language news board at Bitcointalk, so I corrected the link in resources.html template.

@saivann Question: Does it make sense to keep Coindesk and Bitcoinmagazine as news resources for all languages? They don't have Russian version, so maybe we should replace them with Russian-language Bitcoin news sites in Russian localization. Also, the only Russian-language news source listed on site, btcrussia.ru is currently unavailable.

Re CoinDesk / Bitcoin Magazine: Indeed I have asked myself the same question. Thus far I've noticed local news website tend to be less stable or up to date than English ones, so I thought it was good to promote local news website when they were available, but still keep listing CoinDesk / Bitcoin Magazine under them. If you think of good Russian resources that might be a better replacement, or addition to btcrussia.ru, you're welcome.

@saivann We may want to swap CoinDesk for Cointelegraph then - it does have Russian language version. Off the top of my head, bitnovosti.com and coinspot.ru are two bitcoin-exclusive Russian news sources that are professional, reliable and well-maintained, so it may be worthwhile adding them.

@arvicco I didn't know CoinTelegraph had translated news, nice! How about adding them before CoinDesk and keep the whole line <a href="http://cointelegraph.com/">CoinTelegraph</a> in transations _translations/en.yml? This way we can change the URL to http://cointelegraph.com/ru/ for the Russian page only, and http://cointelegraph.com/es/ for the Spanish page. Other links you have suggested look good to me at a first glance.
