  • Add Craig Watkins (wallet reviews) @crwatkins
  • Remove long-idle contributors
  • Update all personal links to point to GitHub, which allows contributors to set email/web addresses

@harding Can we keep Garland William Binns under "Translation" with a "Previous maintenance" title or similar? I think it's generally good to acknowledge past involvement.
