In case you're interested to help with translations over the long run, translations are managed on Transifex (you can join the team after signing up with the following link)
https://www.transifex.com/organization/bitcoinorg/team/10848/members/it/

No special permission is required to translate new texts. If you feel comfortable enough to review and improve the already reviewed translations, it's also possible to give you reviewer or coordinator access.

In the absence of critical feedback, this pull request will be merged on June 17th.

I will take care to update strings upstream on Transifex. Although translations changes should usually be applied here before opening a pull request otherwise this creates extra work. Thanks!
