This adds @hanspandeya's Swedish translation of Nakamoto's paper.

In saivann/bitcoinwhitepaper#5 I reviewed a Google Translate re-translated version of the paper, and I generated the included PDF from the original ODF file. In order to provide more time for anyone who wants to review the translation, this pull will not be merged earlier than July 27th.
