Recommended procedures might be overkill for average users. Edit qualifies the recommendations to make it clear what end they achieve.

Given that most of people won't understand the consequences of having their transactions and balances public, I think we can't say "if transacting privately is important to you". Because people just never used any system that could allow such a high level of transparency and have no idea of what are the implications. However, this is only my opinion.

Hm. I must agree. Closing this pull request and submitting a different one that clarifies -why- using multiple addresses is good practice. I think it's the bit about suggesting Tor that struck me as extreme for casual users.
