Given that most of people won't understand the consequences of having their transactions and balances public, I think we can't say "if transacting privately is important to you". Because people just never used any system that could allow such a high level of transparency and have no idea of what are the implications. However, this is only my opinion. |

Hm. I must agree. Closing this pull request and submitting a different one that clarifies -why- using multiple addresses is good practice. I think it's the bit about suggesting Tor that struck me as extreme for casual users. |

Recommended procedures might be overkill for average users. Edit qualifies the recommendations to make it clear what end they achieve.
