If you think this is a good link to add, we'd like to eventually change it to say "Brokers" instead of "Exchanges." But it didn't make sense to do all of the translations if the pull request were to be rejected. Thanks!

Attention! This guy is an imposter, and linking to a cloned site.

This guy cloned my site (howtobuybitcoins.info), pretended to me, and sent a message to all followers of my repo to say the site was moving. Do not merge this request.

This site is a fork of Jon's old open-source directory of places to buy bitcoins, not an attempt to impersonate him! The allegation is preposterous, and the old site provides value in listing bitcoin brokerages that are not market based exchanges.

The link provided in this PR, http://bitcoinbrokers.io/ , currently 302 redirects to http://howtobuybitcoins.info/ which is already listed in that list. I'm not clear about what's going on here.

I agree that the old howtobuybitcoins.info website was useful, but it may not be open-source (no license information there https://github.com/LUXSTACK/howtobuybitcoinsinfo-website). My best guess is that @jonwaller convinced @ghost to put his fork offline on that ground.

@jonwaller Just an idea, but it would be cool if you could allow people to filter services by country like before, and list those that allows credit cards or "one-click deposits" first (direct bank integration as opposed to complicate bank transfers).

Hi to all!

Unfortunately, websites are still not published. Why is that? Can you help me?

We're needed to add bitcoin news website: http://www.coinfox.info (ENG), http://www.coinfox.ru (RU) and http://www.coinfox.es (ES) for https://bitcoin.org/ru/resources ("News" maybe)

Sincerely,

Igor Chepkasov

The link added in this PR continues to redirect to the previous site (which is still listed), so I'm going to close this for now. We can re-open if there's a renewed request to list an independent site.
