Per BIP-2, transitioning to "Proposed" means "the author deems it is complete, [it] has a working implementation (where applicable), and [the] community plans to progress it to the Final status." Consider this a +1 for "community plans to progress it to Final status". |

ACK with the idea that further edits are feasible. Will do another review pass soon. (Worth mentioning that under BIP3, process BIPs can continue to be updated/refined: "Deployed Process BIPs may be modified indefinitely as long as a proposed modification has rough consensus per the same criteria.") |

I was finished with my planned work on 2025-02-03, and after a few more rounds of review, BIP3 got merged on 2025-02-20.
I have not received any additional review comments or change suggestions in over three weeks, so it seems to me that this proposal may be complete and ready for adoption, although amendments are of course still possible if anyone has further review, concerns, or suggestions. Please feel free to leave comments here or write to the mailing list.
Otherwise, I posit that this proposal is ready to be moved to Proposed.
