bitcoin-qt does not start, terminates with "Killed" and exit code 137 #17733
Comments
Here is the strace.
|
anything in the kernel/syslog/journal? FWIW: exit status code 137 is result of a kill -9 (128 + 9) of the process |
Nothing in journal. |
Sounds like you have a murder mystery then! Does 0.18.x work? |
I've downloaded the 0.19.0.1 binaries into a Kicksecure-XFCE VM (15.0.0.5.8), and was able to run |
Works also for me in VMs. On hardware is an issue. |
Closing as there doesn't seem to be any actionable next steps to test. |
Expected behavior
bitcoin-qt starts GUI as usual.
Actual behavior
from source:
from snap
To reproduce
Install Debian buster netinst.
Install
kicksecure-xfce
System information
Bitcoin Core version v0.19.0.1 (64-bit)
Librem 15
