Can you squash into one commit? Also maybe add a mention that if you build using a libdb++ version above 4.8, the compiled client will produce wallet.dat files that are incompatible with release binaries.
Yeah, please don't recommend using libdb++ 5.x as long as we're still using berkelydb for the wallets, as that causes format incompatibilities with binary installations.
Apart from that, ACK after squashing to one commit.
