pybitcointools is no longer maintananced #447

The text in ch03 and ch04 introduces pybitcointools.
But, sadly that support has ended. 馃槩

Example 4-5 and 4-6 uses pybitcointools, so, we may have to change or remove these examples.

Yes, even though it is not maintained, it still works better than most other Python libraries that I tried. It's still available on pip.

Which library would you use to re-do those examples? Do you have a suggestion?

Resolved, also big fan thank you for everything, purchased the physical book and read it during long reaction for my masters in chemistry.

You could consider to include a link to the one before the last commit: https://github.com/vbuterin/pybitcointools/tree/aeb0a2bbb8bbfe421432d776c649650eaeb882a5
or fork it into the bitcoinbook repo.

BTW I'd be happy to help maintain a fork to keep this tool alive, but not just by myself. @aantonop maybe you could make the first step to give it a new home and use your reach to find more python devs to help out?
