Make undo restore F2 and F3 menu items

If a user changes team config or game params, have Undo undo those changes. That makes sense, right?

I think it would only apply while in the menus. Maybe it'd have to be a reset-to-previous option since the options are not hooked up to an object database like in the editor proper.

I'm not sure how it should work, but the new info system could (probably) accommodate any scheme we wanted.
