Changed install -D to install -d for compatibility.

@mynameisfiber where do you have a -D option? i don't have that on my mac

jehiah-air ~$ which install
/usr/bin/install
jehiah-air ~$ install -D
install: illegal option -- D

@jehiah Same here... the patch was to remove the -D option in favor of two install commands using -d.

muon ~:$ which install
/usr/bin/install
muon ~:$ install -D
install: illegal option -- D
muon ~:$ install -d
muon ~:$

oh nevermind, the summary was backwards. -D was being removed. got it
