add api_helper_indexes plugin into README #1894

Used description found in plugin(https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-core/blob/develop/libraries/plugins/api_helper_indexes/api_helper_indexes.cpp#L132).

Added with History category, most sure if it is the most accurate. Maybe just Helper ?

It's not history, but additional data to be accessed by APIs easier.

what will be a category for that. Additional, Additional Data, API, ... ?

Currently, "Market data" would be applicable.
But it could/should be extended for other things as well, so perhaps something more generic like "Database API" would be better.
