In Qt 5.10, the platform styles were moved into plugins. This means we need to make sure to ship those plugins if we want to enable a proper native look.

At it is, when choosing "Native" in the Theme settings on Windows, you get the very old "Windows 95" style, which is still built-in to Qt. We want the "Windows Vista" style instead.

This issue did not affect macOS, since the macdeployqt tool copied the macOS style plugin.

* Ship style plugins, since native styles were moved into
plugins as of Qt 5.10. This includes Windows Vista style
on Windows and Adwaita on Linux.

* Ship the SVG icon engine plugin also on Windows, since
some icons are now in SVG format.
