Added quantities and dimensions for thermal conductance and related thermal parameters.

Do you actually use/need all these yourself (these, US customary volumes, ...) or are you just gunning for a "completeness"? I'm happy to take the patches, just curious. :)

Not all of them, since they are reciprocals of each other. But I do need the thermal conductance one because it is a bulk measure of how things are cooled, in my particular case motors. It helps to plan how long you need to cool off for after using something for a while above its long term power rating. I added the others for completeness. And for symmetry with the electrical quantities that were already defined.

The US customary volumes I needed because FlightGear quotes the fuel remaining in US gallons. I added the various subdivisions for symmetry with the imperial units.
