Update use of C2HS for most recent version.
In order to build the test suite, you'll also need to use a modified version of
testrunnerfrom https://github.com/ian-ross/haskell-testrunner to take account of changes in QuickCheck (there is no source repository given on Hackage for thetestrunnerpackage, so I had to make a new repo).
