1. Added xcode4 premake action to makefile 2. Refixed BX_DIR in premake4.lua after rollback of previous fix 3. Added macosx configuration to premake4.lua I was able to successfully build bgfx, helloworld, makedisttex, and texturec. There are still some compilation errors to fix in the other examples and tools.

I was able to successfully build bgfx, helloworld, makedisttex, and
texturec. There are still some compilation errors to fix in the other
examples and tools.
