'batterystatus' event doesn't work #294

  1. run the attached application
  2. click the button "blackberry.event.addEventListener('batterystatus', onBatteryStatusChange)"
  3. change battery
    expected: batterystatus event is invoked
    fact: no event is invoked and battery under original folder of pps doesn't exist any more
    (same application works fine in 10.0.9.305)
    this issue happened in 10.0.9.563 and trunk build 2613.

There were some work that changed on PPS side that affected the way battery information is represented as well the location of this object(s).
It means that we need to update our code to reflect underlined changes.

This code needs to sit in webplatform
