Currently when packaging using the -d flag, the user has no idea that this flag in fact enables web inspector.

We should print something like "[INFO] Web Inspector enabled"

We should also change the "Failed to find debug token" message to something else.
When the user sees "Failed" they assume something is wrong. Perhaps "[WARN] Debug token not found".

Current output with -d
[INFO] Populating application source
[INFO] Parsing config.xml
[INFO] Generating output files
[WARN] Failed to find debug token
[INFO] Info: Package created: C:\sampleApp\bin\bin\simulator\

[WARN] Failed to find debug token
[INFO] Info: Package created: C:\sampleApp\bin\bin\device\
[INFO] BAR packaging complete
