  1. made simple test work, however...

this set of functions looks at a file systems as a disk-based one, not as one that could be dynamically
build and managed like those provided by QNX resource managers. So, this is a fragile fix. If a user
needs more, they'll have to fix/write themselves. But the source is available!

…nged to get compile to work, otherwise not tested.

    ts.cpp
     - some #includes within the cvtest namespace caused some declares that should
have been in the std namespace not to be.
     - pulled the includes out of the cvtest namespace

    linemod.cpp
     - QNX doesn't have a long std::abs(long) function.
     - replaced with a simple in-line "if"

    inputoutput.cpp
     - code expected a directory entry to have the file type immediately available
     - one section asks if a file is a regular file, another asks if it's a directory
     - QNX requires searching an auxilliary data structure for more file details.
     - the details *may* exist (but of course, since resource managers provide file
interfaces for everything, the file you *think* you have might not be a file
       at all).
     - added code to walk auxilliary data structure, and check for file type ONLY
       if there's a structure.
       --------------------------------------------------------------------
     - this is the sketchiest change. I'd appreciate a second look at this
