Removed missed trademarks.

This includes:

    BlackBerry
    Research In Motion
    Ripple
    TinyHippos
    WebWorks

Each was checked with case insensitive (for capital letters).

Note: Some removals might not be warranted (such as some comments),
but I removed them just in case.
