Hi,

This is not related to your turn.js library, but your website.

You website doesn't make it clear that a commercial license is required to use it in a commercial setting, in the License section of your site, it does say "This license doesn't include features of the 4th release." with a link, if I click the link, it just takes me to the home page again.

It was only once I scrolled all the way down on the actual GitHub page, that I saw the 'Non-Commercial' BSD bit. I've just wasted hours of work because of this, please would you fix it so others don't suffer the same problem.

Thank you.

I'm not an attorney but my understanding of BSD commercial license is that you can use the code in a commercial product provided that you keep the copyright in the code.

According to Aaron Toponce:

You are free to redistribute the software, in binary or source form, as long as the copyright, conditions and disclaimer are present.
You cannot use the name of the originating organization, or contributers, to promote derivatives of the software, without written consent.

@CaelanStewart

OK, It's where it says "Licensed under a non-commercial BSD". I'm not so familiar with licenses and the terminology used, so I read that as "licensed under BSD for non-commercial use."

I understand now. Perhaps I should brush up on my knowledge of licenses.

If I stand clear about the term 'Non-Commercial' BSD , that means I can use this project for my commercial work as long as the copyright, conditions and disclaimer are present. Is this correct?
