ui: MCP tools are missing the output

Seems like for MCP tools there output is missing.

May be related to darkmode as there have been examples of where lightmode has the output but dark mode does not but it's only for some tools

I see the same issue with Snowflake MCP, it works for native python command but not for the custom tools I wrote

Idea from discussing with @Kvadratni

• the tool responses used to have audience flags -- probably/almost definitely audience issues because the results come back with audience set to assistant
• or cli non verbose mode leaking into ui, esp if cli is hide by default
