Hitting 'stop' deletes the prompt permanently #1750

Description

Describe the bug

After prompting Goose via UI, hitting stop deletes the content of the prompt from the message history, and doesn't bring it back to the chat box.

This breaks the use case of stopping the prompt to edit it.

Because goose is stateless, it can't recover the prompt either.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Write a long prompt
  2. Click on the stop symbol
  3. Lose the content of the prompt that was being processed

Expected behavior

  1. Keep the cancelled prompt in the chat history, making it clear it was stopped
    or
  2. Bring the contents of the prompt back to the chat box
    or
  3. Add an edit button next to the stop button that stops
