    This avoids potential confusion, but can also lead to mysterious "reserved word"
    errors. For instance, "j" is no longer a safe collection name.

  12. Allow collection names to override previously-defined method names.

    This should produce correct results, because we define a method for the
    collection that will override the previously-defined method. Moreover, if the
    user defines a collection named "x", they presumably don't intend to invoke a
    previously-defined method named "x". This also avoids unpredictable failures due
    to monkeypatching by random gems (e.g., the json_pure gem helpfully defines
    Kernel#j, which previously broke the tests because it resulted in collections
    named "j" being rejected).
